It can be seen that the 185nm ultraviolet ray emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube plays a role in providing oxidation reactants; The 254nm ultraviolet ray emitted by the lamp tube plays a role in providing the necessary reaction conditions for the smooth progress of photolysis reaction. However, the ozone generation capacity of ultraviolet lamp tubes is relatively low. For example, the 150 w u-shaped ozone ultraviolet lamp tubes, which are most commonly used now, have sufficient oxygen, the ozone production per hour is about 900 mg, that is, the ozone production per hour per unit power is only 6 mg/w. As a major reaction substance in photolysis reaction, the amount of ozone produced directly affects the treatment effect. Plasma technology uses high-voltage electric field to ionize O2 in air to generate O3, and its ozone generation efficiency is much higher than that of ultraviolet lamp tubes. For example, a 60W Shi Ying vacuum plasma tube has an ozone production of about 6000mg per hour, I . e. an ozone production of 100 mg/w per unit power per hour, it is 16 times of ozone production per unit power of ultraviolet lamp tube. But the plasma tube hardly emits ultraviolet light. Without the catalysis of ultraviolet rays, the reaction between ozone and organic waste gas becomes slow and difficult in the waste gas treatment device using plasma technology alone, which also restricts the treatment efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, we combine photolysis tubes with plasma tubes. The plasma device is arranged in the front section of the photolysis equipment, and O3 generated by the ion device is mixed with organic waste gas and flows through the ultraviolet lamp tube. Ultraviolet lamp tube can further trigger the generation of O3. At the same time, under the catalysis of 254nm ultraviolet light in the lamp tube, the reaction efficiency between O3 and organic matter is greatly improved, thus obtaining ideal treatment effect. Because the plasma device has much higher ozone generation efficiency than the ultraviolet lamp tube, the power consumption of the equipment is reduced and the energy saving effect is remarkable. It is generally recommended that 15% of the number of ultraviolet lamps in the original photolysis equipment- 20%, one 60W Shi Ying vacuum plasma tube was used to replace two 150W ozone ultraviolet lamps. This not only ensures the treatment effect, but also saves energy and reduces the equipment cost.
